Reporting a problem with a tool
If a tool didn’t work as expected, these details help us fix it quickly:
- which tool you used, and what you expected to happen;
- the message you saw, if any;
- your device, browser and its version (for example, “Windows 11, Chrome 140” or “iPhone, Safari”);
- roughly how large the file was and how many pages it had.
Please don’t send us your documents. We never need them, because the tools run on your device, and we’d rather not receive personal files by email. If a particular file triggers a bug, describe it instead, or create a test file with no personal information that shows the same problem.
Privacy requests
To exercise your data protection rights, or ask how your data is handled, email the address above with “Privacy” in the subject. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold, which is very little, and your rights.
